Today, we don’t just build wheels for individual cyclists — more and more bike shops rely on us to take care of their spoke repairs and complete wheel builds. This allows them to offer their customers premium wheels, while we handle the technical work: fast, precise, and with an eye for detail.
How it started
Thomas
“I’m Thomas, the ‘T’ in TMWORKS. My passion for cycling started early, with weekly mountain bike rides with my father. We always brought our bikes along on holidays. Later, I raced competitively, but over time my interest shifted more toward the technical side of cycling.
I became fascinated by carbon wheelsets and immersed myself in everything related to wheel building. That passion and knowledge eventually led to the founding of TMWORKS. Every day, I enjoy designing and building wheels that meet the highest standards. Customer feedback and the pursuit of perfection keep me motivated to keep improving.”
Menno
“I’m Menno, the ‘M’ in TMWORKS. My passion for cycling developed a bit later than Thomas’. My background is in engineering. I used to work on race cars with my father and brothers, and during my mechanical engineering studies, my rowing teammates convinced me to buy a road bike. I was hooked immediately.
Through my graduation project, I connected with major players in the cycling industry, which only deepened my enthusiasm. Since then, I’ve enjoyed countless great rides, competed in races, and built lasting relationships. With TMWORKS, everything comes together for me: sport, technology, and the joy of creating a truly great product for others.”
